A Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), with over 24 years of experience, Paddi apprenticed in Human Resources with National Defense in Ottawa and London. Prior to founding HR Off-Site, she worked in progressively senior HR positions in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors.

Aileen Turnbull MBA, CHRP
Senior Consultant
Aileen holds a Management Degree and is presently completing her MBA. She has a 20-year track record of successful results as an HR strategist, recruiter, coach, negotiator and trainer. Prior to joining HR Off-Site, she worked in the consumer goods, financial and not-for-profit sectors.

Senior Consultant
Christina is a Certified Human Resources Professional with over 13 years of strategic consulting in the retail, hospitality and financial services sectors. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology as well as the Human Resources Management designation.
