Responsibilities:

• Work with customers in the retail store location to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving targets and gross margin
• Provide customer support and manage ongoing client relationships
• Work in a team environment
• Create excitement and enthusiasm by bringing the brand to life at retail
• Gather and provide market and customer feedback on products, services, materials, and promotions

• Two years experience in a sales/marketing role

• A valid Ontario driver’s license, access to reliable transportation
