<p>The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-driven professional with a motivation to succeed.  You have exceptional customer skills, creative flair, are detail oriented and a team player, who is looking to have earnings potential of 90k +.  Preference will be given to people who have excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service with demonstrated knowledge of the appliance industry.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with customers in the retail store location to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving targets and gross margin</li>
<li>Provide customer support and manage ongoing client relationships</li>
<li>Work in a team environment</li>
<li>Create excitement and enthusiasm by bringing the brand to life at retail</li>
<li>Gather and provide market and customer feedback on products, services, materials, and promotions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

As the <strong>Accounts Payable Clerk</strong> you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services.</p>
<ul>
<li> This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, full cycle AP functions (coding, matching), verification and processing of expense reports and relationship management.  Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that finances are accurate and up to date, vendors and suppliers are paid in a timely manner within established time limits.</li>
<li>To be successful in this role you must have a thorough understanding of Accounts Payable, knowledge of common Accounting procedures, experience with Microsoft Office, 1-4 years of accounts payable and general accounting exposure and experience. Must communicate orally and in writing, in English, to receive and give information, and prepare documentation.</li>

This position is based in the Greater Toronto Area.  As a member of the Executive team, and reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Vice President, Marketing is accountable for overseeing all marketing activities including strategic planning,  corporate communications,  brand positioning and awareness building,  public relations, advertising,  market research, and  product management.  In addition to overseeing the development of the annual marketing plan/budget and formulating marketing strategies in alignment with overall corporate objectives, you will also contribute to the development of the multi-year business plan, and truly take accountability for growing the corporate brand and increasing awareness within a very niche and diverse technology industry. </p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee product marketing including product launch management, sales training, presentations, and sales tools.</li>
<li>Oversee marketing communications plan including branding, trade shows, seminars, advertising, and white papers.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Sales to develop, enhance and manage distributor and channel partner relationships.</li>
<li>Work with the President and other Executives to identify and integrate strategic acquisitions.</li>
<li>Manage and motivate a team of professional individuals located globally, from intermediate to senior levels, keeping them inspired and performing at optimum levels, looking for opportunities for growth and leadership development.</li>
<li>Act as a Spokesperson on behalf of the organization at seminars, tradeshows, with media and at industry events.</li>
<li>International travel for tradeshows, customer visits and events as aligned with the marketing strategy</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing or business related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years Marketing experience in a B2B hi-tech organization.</li>
<li>A leadership role in an international organization, managing a team within multiple locations.</li>
<li>Extensive exposure and experience taking a product from concept to launch.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of current the principles, practices and procedures for marketing and communications proven successful career in marketing premium priced technology products; the ability to work with product development and sales to identify and create new product and sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Significant experience working with third party agencies and vendors (i.e. advertising, PR firms).</li>
</ul>

<li>Maintain and enhance an accurate sales pipeline review process by working closely with the Vice President of Marketing and  the Vice President of Operations to ensure there is an accurate rolling forecast for manufacturing.</li>
<li>Manage strategic accounts and OEM relationships to maximize business opportunities.</li>
<li>International travel as required for sales opportunities, tradeshows, customer visits and events as aligned with the sales strategy.</li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
