HR Off-Site warrants and guarantees that any personally identifiable information submitted to or collected on this website will never be sold, rented or shared in any way with any third party. This includes but is not limited to names, email addresses, location information and phone numbers.

Information submitted may be used for HR Off-Site's marketing purposes including sending of e-mails to provide news announcements or special offers. If individuals wish to discontinue receipt of e-mails they should follow the instructions for unsubscribing that can be found at the bottom of every e-mailed message. Removal from the email list will be immediate and no further e-mails will be sent.

Like most standard web sites, we use log files to collect Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, and date/time stamp. We use the information to analyze site usage, administer the site, understand usage and navigation trends in aggregate, and determine the relevance of content.
