Julia Sebastian

CEO
Julia Sebastian is the CEO of HR Off-Site and a trusted advisor to business leaders who want to grow thoughtfully, lead effectively, and build stronger organizations. With more than 20 years of human resources experience, she brings significant operational experience and a deep understanding of the complexities of organizational operations, paired with strategic leadership that supports employers in enhancing performance, strengthening leadership, and retaining top talent.
Julia works with organizations of all sizes across both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, providing strategic, grounded advice informed by experience, sound judgement, and a clear understanding of how organizations operate.
Julia remains actively involved in her community, having served as the President and Chair on the Board of Directors for Community Addictions Services of Niagara and as Chair of the Human Resources Advisory Committee at Niagara College.
She holds the CHRL designation, an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, a certification in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and is a proud graduate of Niagara College’s Human Resources Management program.
Julia is known for bringing clarity, professionalism, and a genuinely human approach to every organization she supports.
Alexander Beck
HR Business Partner
Alexander Beck is HR Off-Site’s HR Business Partner, supporting clients with a range of day-to-day and strategic HR matters. He works closely with organizations to help address workplace challenges and implement practical, effective people solutions that support organizational success.
Alexander is a graduate of McGill University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and is completing the Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MIRHR) program at the University of Toronto. His academic training provides a strong foundation in labour relations, organizational behaviour, and human resources management.
He has a particular interest in workplace investigations and employee relations and has completed the HRPA Workplace Investigations Training and Certificate Program. Equipped with this knowledge, Alexander leads workplace investigation processes ensuring matters are handled in a fair, thorough, and objective matter.
At HR Off-Site, Alexander supports client engagements across both operational and strategic HR needs, working alongside leaders to deliver practical and forward-thinking HR solutions.
